Kathmandu Tech Summit asked for a conference that felt current without becoming noisy. RA planned room allocations, registration, speaker green rooms, and a keynote stage with broadcast-ready lighting.

Breakouts ran on time. The hallway — often an afterthought — was designed as a working lounge for founders and students.
